Wix Headless integrates with Claude, Codex, Base44 AI coding tools to bring Wix business infrastructure to AI-built frontends

Wix.com launched expanded Wix Headless integrations with AI coding tools including Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex, and Base44.

The move lets AI-generated frontends connect to Wix’s hosting, SEO, analytics, payments, bookings, eCommerce, and CRM without building a separate backend.

Wix positioned the integrations as a way to speed deployment of production-ready businesses from months to days.

Wix Headless includes a purpose-built MCP plugin trained on the Wix API surface to support AI-native workflows.
