In conjunction with its Super Bowl announcement, Wix’s board of directors approved a $2 billion share repurchase authorization covering fiscal years 2026 and 2027. The program allows the company to buy back ordinary shares both on the open market and through privately negotiated transactions, reflecting management’s confidence in long-term cash-flow generation and capital allocation discipline.
