1. Deal terms
Banco Inter, an indirect subsidiary of Inter&Co, agreed on October 19, 2026, to acquire Wiz’s 39.75% stake in Inter Seguros for R$409.49 million. The price will be adjusted for changes in the CDI rate and paid at closing.
2. Approvals required
The deal requires approval from Brazil’s central bank and antitrust regulator CADE. Inter Seguros has more than 9 million active contracts; full ownership aims to accelerate product launches and increase value capture.
