Wiz Co board approves sale of 39.75% Inter Digital stake to Banco Inter for R$ 409.49 million
INTR•Wiz Co’s board unanimously approved the sale of its entire 39.75% stake in Inter Digital to Banco Inter for R$ 409.49 million, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
1. Sale terms
Wiz Co’s board unanimously approved the sale at its October 16, 2026 meeting. The R$ 409.49 million price will be adjusted by CDI from October 2, 2026, until closing, with full payment due at closing.
2. Closing conditions
Closing requires approval from Brazil’s central bank and antitrust regulator CADE. It also requires release of the lien on the Inter Digital shares that secure Wiz Co’s debentures.
