Wolfspeed announces annual shareholder meeting

Wolfspeed will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Oct. 27, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on:
- electing seven directors
- adoption of the 2026 employee stock purchase plan
- an advisory vote on executive compensation
- ratifying PricewaterhouseCoopers as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending June 27, 2027
