Workday enters $1.5 billion revolving credit facility, replacing prior $1 billion line

Workday entered a new credit agreement on Oct. 1, 2026, replacing its April 2022 revolving credit facility. The new facility totals $1.5 billion, up from $1 billion, and matures on Oct. 1, 2031.
2. Facility details
Wells Fargo is the administrative agent, swing line lender and letter-of-credit issuer. Bank of America, Barclays and Morgan Stanley are syndication agents. Borrowings may be in U.S. dollars or select alternative currencies, capped at $525 million in aggregate. No revolving loans were outstanding under the agreement on Oct. 1, 2026.
