Integrated into the Workday Government platform, the PAR Agent leverages automated workflows and real-time policy validation to reduce cycle times by up to 60%. It cuts average processing for hires, promotions, reassignments and pay changes from 22-45 days down to about 9-18 days.

In a high-volume agency with 10,000 employees processing 5,000 PARs monthly, the agent could save over 64,000 internal labor hours and an estimated $3.56 million annually. It also embeds Office of Personnel Management requirements to reduce errors, manual payroll corrections and strengthen audit readiness.
