Workhorse adopts value creation incentive plan with $15 million CEO award target, $6.5 million CFO target

Workhorse adopted the Value Creation Incentive Plan on Sept. 22, 2026, with awards payable in cash or common stock. Griffith’s and Davis’s target awards are tied to milestones for annualized GAAP revenue, GAAP gross margin, operating cash flow and market capitalization; enterprise equity value has the largest weighting, at 40%, and requires an average market capitalization of at least $500 million over 45 trading days.
