Workhorse and InCharge to Launch Q4 2026 North America Fleet Support

WKHSWKHS

Workhorse is launching a unified North America support service with InCharge Energy to provide live specialists, a centralized center and advanced diagnostics across vehicles, charging infrastructure and third-party hardware starting Q4 2026. The move aims to boost uptime as the company scales beyond 1,100 delivered trucks covering 20 million miles.

1. Partnership Overview

Workhorse has entered a strategic partnership with InCharge Energy to deliver a unified customer support service under the Workhorse brand for fleet customers across North America. InCharge Energy will supply the professional staffing, operational infrastructure and technology backbone to power a centralized Support Operations Center.

2. One-Stop Shop Service Model

The integrated support line will connect fleet operators to live specialists trained on Workhorse vehicles and the broader electrification ecosystem. Tickets will be triaged to regional field technicians, authorized dealers or third-party providers for vehicle, upfit or charging issues through a single point of contact.

3. Enhanced Uptime and Operational Efficiency

By providing deep expertise across vehicle, charging, hardware and software platforms, the service aims to resolve complex issues quickly and accurately, minimizing downtime. Workhorse expects this model to support significant deployment growth as it scales beyond 1,100 delivered vehicles and targets OEM-grade service quality.

4. Rollout Schedule and Production Capacity

The support program is scheduled to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, with customers and dealers receiving a toll-free number and rollout details ahead of availability. Workhorse’s Union City, Indiana facility can produce over 5,000 vehicles per year, underpinning its plans for accelerated fleet expansion.
