Worksport announces annual shareholder meeting

Worksport will hold its annual shareholder meeting in West Seneca, New York on Sept. 3, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect five directors, including Steven Rossi, Lorenzo Rossi, Craig Loverock, William Caragol, and Ned L. Siegel.

The agenda includes ratifying Lumsden & McCormick as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

Vote also sought on a non-binding proposal urging the board to consider special dividends tied to any sale of a business unit or material asset.

The meeting will also consider authorizing reverse or forward stock splits, including a reverse split range from 1-for-2 to 1-for-250.
