1. Court rejects privacy claim
The man, identified as Beran A, sued Disney after his parents’ home appeared for a few seconds in “Taylor Swift: The End of an Era.” The Vienna court said a home address did not qualify for the highest level of legal protection and noted that he no longer lived there when the program aired; it did not name him.
