WSFS Financial reported third-quarter revenue of $287.6 million, compared with the $197.42 million consensus estimate. Net income was $89.3 million, net interest income was $196.6 million and fee revenue was $91 million. Adjusted EPS grew 28% year over year to $1.75.
The company said an expanded net interest margin, higher yields on loans and investment securities, and loan growth—particularly in commercial and residential mortgages—drove results. Wealth and Trust fees increased 30% year over year, led by Institutional Services and Private Wealth Management. WSFS expects momentum to continue into the fourth quarter of 2026 and 2027, and says it has capacity to fund ongoing loan growth.
