WSFS names Chuck Mosher chief audit executive
WSFS•WSFS named Charles “Chuck” Mosher executive vice president and chief audit executive after he served as interim chief auditor. The company also appointed Mike Thompson interim chief accounting officer and promoted Lisa Washington to chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
1. Leadership appointments
Mosher, who joined WSFS more than 25 years ago, previously served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer, overseeing accounting, financial reporting and controls. Thompson, who has nearly 30 years of banking experience, was previously CFO and COO of Bryn Mawr Trust’s banking division and CFO and chief accounting officer at Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania. Washington, who has served as senior vice president and chief legal officer since 2019, was promoted to executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
