WTW Establishes EMEA P&C and Life Units, Appoints Leaders for AI Growth
WTW has established dedicated EMEA P&C and Life businesses and named Tim Rourke as P&C Leader and Michael Klüttgens as Life Leader to deepen expertise and scale insurance solutions. Tammy Richardson will lead the global AI transformation, embedding generative and agentic AI capabilities to accelerate technology-enabled growth.
1. Organizational Restructure
WTW has reorganized its Insurance Consulting and Technology division by creating dedicated EMEA Property & Casualty and Life businesses to enable deeper expertise, more consistent delivery and drive innovation at scale across the region.
2. P&C and Life Leadership
Tim Rourke, with over 25 years in P&C pricing, product, claims and underwriting, has been named EMEA P&C Leader, while Michael Klüttgens, former Divisional Leader for Northern and Central Europe, takes on the role of EMEA Life Leader to strengthen life consulting services.
3. AI Transformation Strategy
Tammy Richardson, formerly European Regional Leader, will oversee a global AI transformation strategy, embedding generative and agentic AI capabilities and managing the development and delivery of next-generation, technology-enabled insurance solutions.
4. Growth and Client Impact
Leveraging more than 1,700 colleagues in 35 EMEA markets and serving over 1,000 insurers worldwide, WTW aims to sharpen its client focus, drive sustainable growth and accelerate AI-driven product and service innovation.
