WW International swings to Q2 FY26 profit of $14.1 million; revenue falls 8.3% to $162.3 million

WW International posted GAAP net income of $14.1 million, or $1.41 a share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Revenue fell 8.3% to $162.3 million, reflecting lower Behavioral subscription revenue partly offset by higher Clinical subscription revenue.
Revenue and subscriber trends
Operating income slid to $9.5 million from $41.4 million a year earlier, as marketing expense climbed to $47.9 million from $32.1 million.
Behavioral subscription revenue dropped 22.7% to $121.5 million, while Clinical subscription revenue rose 30.4% to $39.9 million.
Total subscribers fell 21.4% to 2.49 million at quarter-end, as Behavioral subscribers declined 24.6% to 2.29 million.
