System growth and development pipeline expand
System-wide rooms increased 4% year-over-year excluding Revo, with the development pipeline up 4% excluding Revo to about 261,000 rooms.
Q2 results improve on higher net income and EBITDA
Wyndham Hotels posted GAAP net income up 17% year-over-year to $102 million, with GAAP diluted EPS rising 20% to $1.36.
GAAP net revenues fell 6% to $375 million, reflecting the absence of pass-through revenues tied to a May 2025 franchisee conference.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA climbed 9% to $212 million, while the company returned $86 million via $54 million of buybacks and $0.43 dividends.
