X4 Pharmaceuticals issued inducement stock options covering 50,000 shares to new employees under its 2019 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan.
The options carry a 10-year term with an exercise price of $4.04 per share, set at the Aug. 31 close.
Vesting runs four years: 25% after 12 months, then monthly over the next 36 months, subject to continued employment.
