XBP Global posted a Q2 net loss of USD 16.7 million; revenue fell 14% year over year on a pro forma basis to USD 191.3 million.
Pro forma gross margin rose 0.8 percentage point to 21.5%; non-GAAP adjusted gross margin climbed 2.9 percentage points to 24.9%.
Non-GAAP normalized EBITDA increased 8.4% year over year on a pro forma basis to USD 21.9 million.
Contract activity and efficiency targets
Total contract value closed jumped 51.6% to USD 121.3 million; new annual contract value rose 57% to USD 36 million.
The company raised its annualized operational efficiency target from AI-led automation to USD 65 million-USD 75 million, and expects about USD 35 million in 2026 benefit.
