XCel Brands entered an equity distribution agreement with Maxim Group for an at-the-market offering of up to USD 10 million common stock.
Maxim will receive a 3% commission on gross proceeds from shares sold under the sales agreement.
Sales may be executed on Nasdaq or other trading markets, with privately negotiated sales allowed with prior written approval.
