XCF Global filed a preliminary proxy tied to its April 13, 2026 business combination agreement with DevvStream and Southern Energy Renewables.
Stockholders will vote on increasing authorized Class A shares to 1,700,000,000 from 500,000,000 to support the deal’s equity consideration.
The meeting also seeks clearance for issuing 19.99% or more of outstanding common stock as transaction consideration.
