SAFXSAFX

Upgrade work at XCF Global’s New Rise Renewables Reno facility continues, with isomerization catalyst manufacturing complete and delivery on track ahead of the June 2026 restart. The plant has a 38 million gallon annual capacity and remains subject to final commissioning, shipping and customs clearances.

1. Operational Update at Reno Facility

Upgrade work at the New Rise Renewables Reno facility is progressing as planned to support restart preparations. Catalyst manufacturing is complete and delivery is scheduled slightly ahead of timeline, pending standard international shipping and customs processes.

2. Plant Capacity and Production Outlook

Once operational, the Reno plant will produce up to 38 million gallons of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel per year. This capacity aligns with XCF Global’s strategy to bolster domestic low-carbon fuel production and decarbonize heavy transport and aviation sectors.

3. Next Steps Toward Restart

Remaining conversion activities, catalyst installation, commissioning and standard start-up procedures must be finalized before the targeted June 2026 restart. Each phase is on the critical path and subject to customary regulatory and logistical clearances.
