XCF Global Signs Three-Year Licensing Collaboration with Axens for Vegan® Fuel Technology
XCF Global has signed a three-year collaboration with Axens North America to deploy its modular refinery blueprint with the Vegan® process for aviation fuel. Axens will license Vegan® technology to developers while XCF provides project management, construction and operational services leveraging its 38 million gallon/year New Rise Renewables Reno facility.
1. Collaboration Details
On April 6, XCF Global executed a three-year commercial collaboration agreement with Axens North America to license the Vegan® process alongside XCF’s modular refinery blueprint. The agreement stipulates that each company will independently contract with project developers, with no joint venture or exchange of confidential technical data.
2. Technical and Operational Roles
Under the licensing framework, Axens will directly license its Vegan® sustainable aviation fuel process to customers, while XCF Global will offer project management, construction and operational services drawing on its experience operating the 38 million gallon/year New Rise Renewables Reno facility.
3. Strategic Impact and Expansion Pipeline
The collaboration aims to accelerate domestic and global sustainable aviation fuel capacity through a repeatable licensing-based model, supporting XCF’s expansion plans in Nevada, North Carolina and Florida and leveraging its modular refinery blueprint to scale production worldwide.
