XChange TEC shifts operations from mainland China as it pursues U.S. AI expansion
XHG•XChange TEC outlined plans to scale back operations in mainland China and deploy $5 million to $10 million in the U.S. over the next several months, subject to financing.

XChange TEC said it plans to shift capital toward U.S. AI opportunities, gradually shrinking its mainland China footprint over the next several months. Its U.S. buildout is expected to target AI development, hiring, partnerships and supporting operating and regulatory infrastructure.
