XCHG•XCHG appointed investor relations adviser Gary Thomas Dvorchak as an independent director, effective October 21, 2026. Alberto Méndez Rebollo resigned from the board and its committees, and Rui Ding ceased serving as chief technology officer on the same date.

XCHG appointed Gary Thomas Dvorchak as an independent director effective October 21, 2026. Dvorchak also joined the Compensation Committee and became chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
2. Resignations and vacancy
Alberto Méndez Rebollo resigned from the board and its three committees for personal reasons, without any company disagreement. XCHG is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the resulting Audit Committee vacancy. Rui Ding ceased serving as chief technology officer, effective October 21, 2026.
