1. Revenue and earnings
Third-quarter product revenue rose 44% to $106.27 million, beating the $101.52 million consensus estimate. Net income was $11.29 million, and earnings per share were $0.06.
2. Raised outlook
Xeris raised its 2026 total revenue guidance to $395 million–$405 million and its 2030 outlook to more than $1 billion, from about $750 million. The company expects Recorlev to reach nearly $1 billion in annual net revenue three to four years earlier.
3. Demand and product mix
The company said revenue growth was primarily driven by increased Recorlev patient demand, expanded commercial staffing and higher referrals. Gvoke had increased back-to-school prescription demand, offset by a one-time gross-to-net adjustment; gross margin improvement reflected favorable product mix.
