Xerox Q2 FY26 adjusted operating income climbs to $203 million; revenue rises 22% to $1.92 billion

- Xerox posted Q2 revenue of USD 1.92 billion, up 22% year over year; GAAP net income swung to USD 13 million, or USD 0.07 a share.
- Adjusted operating income rose to USD 203 million, lifting the adjusted operating margin to 10.6% from 3.7%.
- Print and Other revenue climbed 26.9% to USD 1.73 billion, while IT Solutions revenue fell 8.9% to USD 194 million.
Full-year guidance and Lexmark synergy target raised
- Management raised its Lexmark gross cost synergy target by USD 50 million to at least USD 350 million, citing progress on revenue, profitability and leverage.
- Full-year 2026 guidance was raised to revenue of about USD 7.6 billion; adjusted operating income of USD 555 million-USD 605 million.
