1. Six-month results
Loss per ordinary share improved to USD 0.11, and loss from operations narrowed to USD 12.08 million. Xiao-I reported a gross loss of USD 610,926, compared with gross profit a year earlier, and cash and cash equivalents of USD 3.45 million as of June 30, 2026. Shanghai Xiao-i was subject to liquidation proceedings, which management expected to be completed during FY2028.
