1. Q1 Financial Results

XPO generated $2.10 billion in revenue for Q1 2026, a 7.3% increase from $1.95 billion a year ago. Net income reached $101 million, driving diluted EPS of $0.85 versus $0.58, while adjusted diluted EPS rose to $1.01 from $0.73.

2. North American LTL Segment Performance

The North American less-than-truckload division reported revenue of $1.23 billion, up 4.9%, with adjusted operating income climbing 20% to $198 million. Yield excluding fuel grew 4.0%, shipments per day rose 3.0%, and adjusted operating ratio improved by 200 basis points to 83.9%, while adjusted EBITDA reached $290 million.

3. European Segment and Cash Flow

European Transportation revenue increased 11.0% to $868 million, though operating income turned to a $6 million loss and adjusted EBITDA edged up to $33 million. The company generated $183 million in operating cash flow, held $237 million in cash, repurchased $30 million of stock and repaid $30 million of term loans.
