XTEND Secures Seven-Figure Asia-Pacific Defense ISR Order Ahead of Merger

JFBJFB

JFB’s robotics arm XTEND booked a seven-figure Asia-Pacific defense order for compact autonomous ISR systems built for GPS-denied environments. The deal boosts JFB’s valuation before its planned all-stock merger to create XTEND AI Robotics, trading as XTND.

1. Order Details and Strategic Significance

On May 14, JFB Construction Holdings announced its XTEND subsidiary secured a seven-figure defense contract in the Asia-Pacific region. The order covers compact autonomous intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems optimized for contested and GPS-constrained operational environments.

2. Autonomous ISR System Capabilities

XTEND’s ISR platforms operate indoors and outdoors with high autonomy, collision-tolerant design and advanced stabilization. Powered by the proprietary XOS operating system, they deliver real-time situational awareness with native GNSS-denied functionality and minimal training requirements.

3. Merger Plans and Future Outlook

JFB and XTEND entered a definitive all-stock merger agreement on February 17, 2026, to form XTEND AI Robotics, Inc. The combined company will list under the symbol XTND, backed by strategic investors and aiming to expand its international defense robotics footprint.
