XTI Aerospace appointed Dr. Allan Evans to its board as chairman, returning the board to five members, and designated Jonathan Ornstein vice chairman. Evans has been CEO and a director of Unusual Machines since December 2023; he previously served as COO of Red Cat Holdings from 2021 to 2023 and CEO of Fat Shark from 2017 until its acquisition by Red Cat in 2020.
