Xylem prices $1.5 billion senior notes offering

Xylem priced $1.5 billion of senior notes across three maturities, with $500 million due in each of 2029, 2032 and 2037. Proceeds, together with cash on hand, are earmarked to fund its Cornell Pump and Roper Pump acquisition, related costs and general corporate purposes.
