The FDA granted Fast Track designation for YB-101 in Graves' disease, and the company plans to start the Phase 2b trial in H1 2028.
Quarterly results and cash position
Yarrow posted a net loss of $6.5 million in Q2 2026, with R&D expense of $4.9 million and G&A expense of $1.8 million.
Cash and cash equivalents were $18.7 million at June 30, 2026; the company expects operations to be funded into 2028, including $100 million received in July.
