Aug. 3 (Reuters) - Bluerock Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: BLRK) said Yellow.ai, a global leader in enterprise agentic AI, will go public via a $550 million merger with the blank-check company.
At closing, the combined company will operate as Yellow.ai and trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "YAI".
