YEXT•Yext has appointed Cynthia Paul, CIO and CEO of Lynrock Lake LP, as an independent director effective July 7, 2026. Paul offers over 24 years of enterprise software investment experience, including managing credit, convertible and equity portfolios at Soros Fund Management from 2002 to 2017.

Effective July 7, 2026, Yext has named Cynthia Paul, Chief Investment Officer and CEO of Lynrock Lake LP, as an independent director. Her appointment expands the Board’s expertise in enterprise technology investing and corporate governance.
2. Professional Investment Track Record
Since founding Lynrock Lake LP in January 2018, Paul has invested across public and private technology companies’ capital structures. From 2002 to 2017 she managed portfolios of corporate credit, convertible and equity securities at Soros Fund Management.
