York Water Co Q3 revenue rises 20% on rate hike and customer growth

York Water Co reported third-quarter revenue of $24.33 million, up 20% year over year, and EPS of $0.48, compared with $0.43 a year earlier. Net income was $7.81 million. The company said a rate increase effective March 1, 2026, and customer growth drove revenue gains; higher operating and maintenance expenses, depreciation and income taxes partially offset them.
2. Infrastructure spending
York Water invested $36.2 million in capital projects and acquired two wastewater systems in the first nine months. It estimates an additional $11.8 million of investment in 2026 for infrastructure and upgrades.
