Youlife Group named Haijun Zhang a board director and acting chief financial officer effective Sept. 30, 2026. Liqun Yao resigned as director and CFO effective the same date; the resignation was not tied to operational, policy or practice disputes. Zhang joined Youlife in October 2019 and served as deputy general manager of finance, overseeing accounting, reporting, budgeting, tax and treasury.
