Yum! Brands named Nai De Leon as chief people and culture officer, effective Nov. 1, 2026.
- De Leon joined the company in August 2025 as chief talent and centers of excellence officer.
- She previously spent 20 years at Bain & Company, advising on large-scale transformations, growth strategy, organizational performance, and change management.
- De Leon will report to CEO Chris Turner and join the global leadership team.
- She will succeed Tracy Skeans, who plans to retire after more than 25 years at the company.
