Yum China filed a next-day disclosure return showing 72,442 shares repurchased in the US, then cancelled on Aug. 31, at USD 45.06.
Issued shares fell to 341,841,629 as of Aug. 31 from 341,914,002.
Separately, 24,200 shares were repurchased in Hong Kong on Aug. 31 at HKD 348.4 to HKD 353.8, pending cancellation.
