Yum China filed a next-day disclosure return to HKEX on Aug. 21, 2026, reporting 69,285 shares repurchased in the U.S. and cancelled.
The repurchase price averaged USD 47.63 per share; the repurchases were executed on Aug. 19, 2026, and cancelled on Aug. 20.
Separately, 22,600 shares were repurchased in Hong Kong for cancellation at HKD 374.2 to HKD 379.2 per share, costing HKD 8.52 million.
