Yum China files HKEX next-day disclosure return, reports share buyback cancellation

Yum China filed a next-day disclosure return showing 119,192 ordinary shares repurchased in the U.S. and then cancelled on Aug. 7.
Average repurchase prices were USD 47.68 per share for 62,914 shares, and USD 47.98 per share for 56,278 shares.
Issued shares fell to 342,846,769 as of Aug. 7 from 342,965,906.
