US buyback price was USD 43.69 per share; issued share count fell to 341,596,061 as of Sept. 4.
Additional Sept. 4 repurchases pending cancellation: 22,650 shares in Hong Kong at HKD 346.22; 75,450 shares in the US at USD 43.74.
