ADS ratio changed to restore Nasdaq compliance

YXT.com consolidated its ADS ratio to 1 ADS for 30 Class A shares from 1 ADS for 3 shares, effective July 14.

Nasdaq confirmed the ADS bid price held at or above USD 1 for 10 straight sessions from July 16 to July 29.

The move restored compliance with Nasdaq’s USD 1 minimum bid price rule, closing the listing deficiency case.
