YY Group is deploying Unitree G1 Edu Ultimate B-U4 humanoid robots across Asian shopping malls, hotels and commercial properties to streamline sanitation and maintenance, expanding operating margins. High-fidelity spatial, kinematic and environmental data will be captured via wearable sensors, processed for dataset monetization to fuel AI-driven SaaS and automation revenues.
YY Group has initiated its commercial humanoid robotics program with the deployment of Unitree G1 Edu Ultimate B-U4 robots across high-frequency sanitation and maintenance tasks in shopping malls, hotels and other asset-heavy commercial properties in Asia. The robots’ advanced mobility and 3D touch-sensitive hands integrate onboard NVIDIA Jetson Orin AI computing for real-time task execution.
Cleaning personnel will wear proprietary data-collection gear during operational shifts to capture spatial interaction, human kinematics and environmental telemetry. These high-fidelity datasets are processed in the company’s training lab to advance Sim2Real development and build proprietary enterprise datasets for AI model training.
This initiative directly integrates into YY Group’s YY Circle workforce optimization and 24IFM software platforms, enabling a hybrid model that blends human and robot labor. By converting operational expertise into structured digital assets, YY Group aims to scale SaaS and automation revenue lines while expanding operating margins by addressing global facility management labor shortages.
