For the six months ended June 30, 2026, YYForce revenue rose 26.8% to $32.66 million, driven by manpower outsourcing. That segment’s revenue increased 62.4% to $15.55 million on stronger demand in Singapore and Malaysia, supported by acquired units.
2. Margins and loss
Integrated facilities management services revenue rose 11.1% to $16.06 million on new contracts, renewals and contributions from the PFS and UFS acquisitions. Gross profit fell 22.7% to $3.3 million, and gross margin declined to 10.1% from 16.6% due to higher labor costs. Net loss narrowed to $7.06 million from $8.2 million, despite $10.99 million in operating cash outflow and higher finance costs.
