ZSQR•CEO outlines AI data center strategy and milestones
Z Squared CEO David Halabu outlined an AI data center strategy in two investor podcast interviews now available on major platforms.
The plan centers on buying powered sites, retrofitting them for AI and high-performance computing, and operating as a triple-net landlord.
The Union County Campus in El Dorado, Arkansas, is positioned as the flagship asset from the Paradox Data acquisition. The campus has up to 8.0 MW of utility service today, with about 6 MW of critical capacity available, and is targeting 150 MW over time.
Halabu set 12-18 month performance yardsticks of megawatts under management and signed leases, with first 6-8 MW monetization eyed for early-to-mid 2027.
