Z Squared revised terms for a proposed acquisition of Skycore Digital from MN Data Centers JV and Claw Holdings.
- The deadline to complete the deal was extended to Jan. 15, 2027 from June 30, 2026.
- The USD 500,000 break-up fee was removed.
- Exclusivity ended, allowing non-exclusive talks.
- The letter of intent is now non-binding aside from confidentiality, governing law and dispute resolution.
