Zai Lab agreed on October 22, 2026, to sell 11.34 million American depositary shares at $22.04 each in a private placement. The shares represent 113.4 million underlying ordinary shares, or 9.06% of enlarged issued share capital. Net proceeds will primarily support continued global development of zocilurtatug pelitecan, the company’s DLL3-targeting antibody-drug conjugate.
