ZBIO•Zenas BioPharma filed a prospectus supplement for up to $200 million in at-the-market common stock sales. Its previous $200 million offering was terminated after approximately $153.2 million in sales, leaving approximately $46.8 million unsold.

Zenas BioPharma filed the prospectus supplement on November 6, 2026. Sales will be conducted through Jefferies under an existing sales agreement dated October 8, 2025.
