Zenas BioPharma outlines Monarch Phase 3 trial design for orelabrutinib in non-active secondary progressive MS
ZBIO•Zenas BioPharma said it will present seven posters at MSToronto2026 on Oct. 21-23, 2026, with clinical updates on orelabrutinib and obexelimab, including Phase 3 trial designs for progressive multiple sclerosis.

Zenas BioPharma flagged seven posters for MSToronto2026, including 24-week results from a Phase 2 relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis study of orelabrutinib and previews of Phase 3 trial designs for non-active secondary progressive and primary progressive multiple sclerosis. Separate MoonStone Phase 2 posters will present obexelimab data indicating reduced disease activity, supported by biomarker and exposure-response analyses.
