Zenas BioPharma says Phase 3 INDIGO extension shows 0.93 12-month flare-free probability for obexelimab in IgG4-RD
ZBIO•Zenas BioPharma said Phase 3 INDIGO extension results showed a 0.93 probability of remaining flare-free at 12 months on obexelimab in IgG4-related disease. Other analyses reported reduced steroid-related toxicity versus placebo and vaccine responses during a planned treatment-free window.
1. Extension study results
New Phase 3 INDIGO open-label extension results for obexelimab in IgG4-related disease showed a 0.93 12-month flare-free probability. Patients largely stayed flare-free with continued treatment, and the safety profile was consistent with earlier study experience.
2. Additional analyses
A separate analysis found obexelimab reduced steroid-related toxicity versus placebo over the controlled study period. Early sub-study readouts indicated patients mounted influenza and COVID-19 vaccine responses during a planned treatment-free window without triggering disease flares.
